Prep assistant

$25/hr

An assistant may be hired to help the process run more efficiently. They will assist with tasks such as hair + skin prep, applying lashes, and lipstick.

Extra Artists

$100 per artist

Each artist requires a minimum of 4 services per booking. If fewer services are requested, a short time-frame fee will apply. This ensures that it is worthwhile for each artist, as they may be taking time off from other work or turning down higher-paying opportunities.

Travel fee

Standard mileage rate per artist

Travel within 30 miles of Philadelphia is complimentary. Distances beyond 30 miles will be charged at the standard mileage rate per artist.

Parking

Must reimburse Rosa and team if parking isn’t available.

Short time frame fee

$100 per artist

Completing a full bridal party typically takes 4.5 to 5.5 hours. If you would like services completed in a shorter time frame, additional artists may be hired to ensure everything is finished in a shorter time.

Move location fee

$50 per artist

Our kits are quite heavy, and moving and setting up in a different location takes extra time. If this is needed, an additional fee will apply. Please discuss this when booking so it can be added to your schedule.

Early start fee

$50 per artist

Applies, if start time is earlier than 6:00am.

Holiday fee

20%+ of quoted price

Applies for holidays and holiday weekends.

Touchups

$200/hr

For photos, I will be on standby next to the photographer to ensure everyone looks their best. For the reception, I can be on-site for touch-ups throughout the night. Hair and makeup changes is a additional fee. Time applies after your bridal party is completed. Must provide one to two 30-minute breaks. Must provide lunch and/or dinner depending on length of stay.

• Contract is required.

• Minimum booking of $900 minimum for wedding day services (trial not included).

• $100 non-refundable deposit required to hold your date; applied to wedding day service.
