Rosa's upbringing in South Philadelphia was uniquely different from her siblings, as she was the only one born in the United States. Her parents fled Cambodia during the brutal Khmer Rouge regime of the 1970s with nothing but the clothes on their backs. In the aftermath of the Cambodian genocide, where 90% of artists were killed, Rosa felt a deep sense of obligation to pursue a career in the creative field.

In 2011, Rosa embarked on her professional journey by enrolling in one of the best cosmetology schools, Paul Mitchell the School. After obtaining her professional license, she honed her skills in the salon and also worked as a freelancer part-time. Now, with over a decade of experience, Rosa is fortunate enough to freelance full-time and serves the Philadelphia area, with the flexibility to travel anywhere for her clients.

Rosa's unique upbringing and passion for creativity have driven her to become a skilled and experienced stylist. She prides herself on her ability to connect with her clients and deliver personalized, high-quality service that exceeds their expectations.
